Patty is Personal Injury Case Manager for RSE Law Firm. She was born in El Paso, Texas but raised in Houston. Patty’s exposure to the personal injury field began when she worked as a medical assistant for several medical practices focused on treating people who had been injured in accidents. Patty has always had a passion to help people get through their difficult circumstances by bringing humanity and compassion in her communication to them. After 12 years in the medical field, Patty made the transition to the legal side brining those same principles that helped her successfully interact with patients.
As a case manager, Patty has been exposed to addressing every aspect of our client’s cases from the inception of the case through the time their case is resolved. She has always been a very self-motivated and client-oriented case manager.
She has extensive communication with each and every client whose case she is working on at that particular time. Patty is very attentive to case details and personally knows our clients individually. She is dedicated to focusing on the success of every case she works on, regardless of the seriousness of the injuries or the complexity of the case management. Patty is very determined on resolving any case-related issues or concerns that her clients might have.
